The time has come and I want to bite the bullet and put some mud guards on. I hate the look of them as we all do but I'm going to look past this so what will suit my cotic soul 275. Have to work with a reverb dropper.
Cheers
I have used an SKS x-blade on my bikes for years. The strap system is easy to swap between bikes. I use them on the lower section of reverb that sticks above the clamp on my Cotic 29er. Works really well
Like this one ( available at other stores)
For the front I use a crudcatcher and an RRP neoguard
I can swap all of the above from bike to bike in a few minutes
Mudhugger, fits to the frame not the seatpost & doesn't flap about
The topeak defender M2 is really good for a reverb as it has a quick release clamp so is really easy to take on and off the bike (fits on either seatpost or seat tube). It is fully adjustable also so you can set it at the height you want it.
Mudhugger fan here too. They fix so much better than the seat post ones, are out of the way of droppers, lights etc, work with most full sussers, and have a better shitstopping shape than the seat post ones.
I think they look a lot better too as they sit closer to the rear wheel and follow its curve, so are less intrusive
