I had previously asked, on behalf of a mate, for £1250 best buys
Well, another mate, is also looking to get back into riding and needs to get something more comfy that his circa 1991 clockwork orange, rigid and with v brakes.
He's around 6ft and looking for full suspension.
Trail centres/calderdale riding so nothing too gravity.
Again, as a rider of 2004 vintage bike I'm a bit out of the loop on current trends and deals so all suggestions gratefully received.
I think he'd prefer new.

Thanks in advance.

Trance or an Anthem, depending on how loony he wants to go on the downs and how hard on the ups.

Not loony on the downs, and probably flagging a bit on the ups!

For an extra £100 I'd suggest a Canyon Spectral AL 6.0
