I spent yesterday riding the CwmCarn DH and got about 10 runs in, however my feet were really sore by the end of the day. There’s no visible damage done, but the pressure from the pedals was pretty bad. I was wearing a pair of DC shoes on Wellgo V12 copies. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to MTFU?
I looked on the website of the guy taking photos and it's pretty useful as I've realised I need to look at my posture (I’m too upright) and need to lower my centre of gravity.
