I bought a 2nd hand Frontier frame that I have built up but the cover that goes over the cable exit port at the lower end of the down tube is missing.
I have called Alpkit/Sonder and they do not carry spares so was wondering if someone could take a couple of photos of the cover and post on here so I can get a clear view of it. I will then search the web for something suitable or maybe get a mate to 3D print one for me.

Thanks in advance.

In the process of putting mine together (hopefully finish this weekend). Taken a couple of pics.
Cover is oval and about 34 mm by 16 mm and held on by a tiny screw. It has holes that look like 2 cables go either side with the third kind of between and on top of them.

The ruler perspective is all wrong in the second photo sorry. Holding phone, ruler at same depth as hole and pressing the button is harder than is should be!

Edit:
Although the original cover is slightly domed on top it is flat underneath. I reckon a piece of flat plate cut in an oval shape with 3 holes would be fine. It just sits in the hole with the tiny screw at one end. Looks about M2 but you'd have to try a screw carefully and see.

While your waiting for a permanent solution you can just use some of this in black or a matching colour.  I had a bike that had a blanking plate but it left a massive hole, I always filled it with sugru. Amazing stuff.

@slowol - Thank you for the pictures and dimensions. I'll see if my mate can print something using the information.

@damascus - good call. I'll give it a go.
