Last few long rides I've ended up with proper cold feet. Losing all feeling and on Sat afer a 6 hour ride I got home took my shoes and socks off to be greated by blue toes and then suffered the dreaded screaming barfies.
My usual shoes (past 3 years or so) are these and a pair of Seal Skinz

I'll buy something better but not sure what will help, my feet (and shoes) are not getting wet just very very cold.
How tight are your shoes?
I went on my mtb on saturday for about 5 hours, I wore Seal Skins with a thin pair of socks underneath, and loose fitting skate shoes, my feet were fine.
On sunday I went on a 3 hour road ride with my SPD shoes which are quite tight and my feet were numb and cold.
It could be circulation....do you have enough room in your shoes, tight socks and shoes wont help matters.
I was told by someone to just get off the bike for a few minutes and walk or short runs, to get the blood moving again.
Sealskinz aren't very good at keeping your feet warm - I speak from experience here.
Your best bet is to wear a couple of pairs of thin socks underneath the sealskinz or a pair of thicker wolly hiking socks.
Pair of these;
plus some decent socks (I use the seal skin thermal ones but maybe a pair of thicker walkign socks?)
biggest things is to make sure the shoes aren't 'tight' when you have the socks in them - you're looking to encourage blood flow not stifle it.
Also - make sure you're shins and legs stay warm - if they get cold blood flow to your feet is affected - I wear some thermal tights when it's cold with something baggy over the top.
not surprised you're getting cold feet. Those shoes look rather well ventilated, and a pair of Sealskinz aren't going to keep your feet warm on their own in the kind of temps we've been getting recently. I wear a pair of regular socks underneath my Sealskinz and winter boots, a combo which is good enough down to at least -15c. I can get away without winter boots if it's about +5c or above.
what gloves are you wearing ?
sounds mad but ive noticed a correlation between hot hands and cold feet
i find if i get the right gloves (usually wind proof ones where i can still feel the nip but i am not getting frost bite) then i have warm feet irrespective of shoes ...
if i have hot sweaty hands i get cold feet .....
might just be me though !
Get some overshoes. That will help a lot although they look rubbish. The Endura ones are OK. I ride with Defroster boots and overshoes throughout the winter and never have cold feet 😆
I had issues with cold feet, and bought several pairs of boot over the last few years to try to get it sorted. I heartily recommend Shimano MW80 boots, very warm and dry, my 1st choice for winter.
Tried MT90's, lovely and warm until the first puddle and all the water runs down the inside of the boot. Also tried Northwave Celcius, and their a great boot but not warm in my book.
I find I have to be sweating buckets before my hands & feet start to warm up properly, so lots of layers and a couple of buff's help a lot too.

I was in the same boat a few years ago, and I second all comments regarding sealskins, they do not keep you warm!!!
I switched to some good SmartWool socks, and overshoes, and very IMPORTANTLY, some decent core warming gear, including merino leggings and a thin merino base layer.
All sorted
Even if your feet are layered up, if the blood getting there is cold, your feet are cold, ensure your core is warm enough and legs are protected from the wind/cold.
ps im talking from an i have shimano goretex boots , woolie boolies and overshoes and still got cold feet at times.
since ive started going minimal on gloves i dont get cold feet wearing same kit !
Smartwool socks. Job done. In extreme cold, I use Gore Windstopper socks over the top.
+1 Trail_rat...can't comment on the thin gloves part though!!
Nookie Ti socks (neoprene).
As above those shoes look well vented so some cheap trainers with less vents might help.
What do you wear on your legs? I find that keeping all of my leg warm by wearing tights will (obviously?) keep my feet warmer.
I have bad circulation in my feet so always battling to keep them warm.
My shoes are 5:10 Freeriders which have quite a lot of padding so help heat retention, and they are a size too big to allow plenty of sockage. When really cold I wear a thin liner sock, then a Smartwool medium hiking sock, then the ankle length Sealskinz. Works for me down to about -10c
Edit - and make sure you wear long trousers so any water goes outside the Sealskinz not inside them
I wear sandals with SealSkinz plus M&S thermal socks. Warm feet.
SealSkinz on their own are not warm enough.
The most important advice is to make sure your shoes and SealSkinz are not tight. No air gap = cold feet.
Maybe trail_rat is on to something there about the gloves because I wear a pair of ordinary wooly Tesco gloves.
I put flat pedals on in winter to keep feet warm. Woollie Bullie sock too

It's ok, they're not red socks 🙂
Mind you if they kept my feet warmer, then red it would be.
I ride all year round up north in any temps both night and day and for me the perfect combo is Shimano gore tex winter boots and woolie boolies. I do also tend to wear long tights too.
I thought I would try out my sealskinz again the other day just out of interest and had cold toes within about 30 mins. I think it must be that they are just too bulky. They don't even keep your feet dry (nothing does) whereas at least with woolie boolies they keep warm.........toasty warm 😀
I too suffer from terrible cold feet and tried numerous permatations of sock / shoe / overshoe and have finally solved my problem by using disposable toes warmers - 'Little Hotties'.
I now just wear a pair of normal cycling socks, toe warmers and waterproofed shoes, (either MW80 boots, or normal summer shoes with MT500 overshoes). Ok it costs me ~ £1 per ride, but my feet are lovely and warm now 😀

I use the Sealskinz with a thin thermal liner inside them combo as well.
If that doesn't work you can put overshoes on as well, all that layering should mean toasty tootsies.
