Does anyone know if you can get a wide angle diffuser or optic for a solar storm x2?
Could do with one for a bit more flood.
I've had a quick look on Farnell but there's loads of different types and I've no idea!
Don't mind fudging things to suit though.

There was a full range of that sort of thing on Fasttech a couple of years ago, but there doesn't seem to be much still there now.
I've put some sticky back plastic on mine. You know the type you can get for bathroom windows. Not a massive change but helped some.
Hi Mark. What I've done is take the clear glass circular lenses off then put some crinkled up tin foil against the silver dome lenses. A good compromise is do this to 1 of the 2 lenses. Give a nice flood and removes the hot spot. It works well and it's free.
