That looks like a quality machine. I can't imagine anything could go wrong riding that.
And well maintained too.
Can't think of any reason you'd want a rear brake riding that - must be relying on engine braking...

I saw something similar in Harrogate a few months ago, it wasn't as bulky looking as the OP's example, it had a teardrop shaped petrol tank but I didn't get a proper good look cos the bloke shot across the road & whizzed off down the footpath!
