Got some XX1 cranks and a standard threaded bottom bracket. First time using SRAM and I realized pretty quick that my existing Hope BB was not going to work. Discovered I needed a GPX bottom bracket (which I originally thought was what I had but apparently they are different despite looking the same!)
So I like the look of Uberbike Ceramic Bottom brackets so found a new one on ebay in GPX flavor. Arrived yesterday and it appears to be a road bike bottom bracket by the looks of it.
Silly me for thinking that since I had a standard Bottom bracket shell this was going to be easy....thanks bike industry.
Anyway can a anyone point me in the right direction of a bottom bracket that will fit and preferably is not made of cheese and doesn't cost a fortune...

The uberbike one isn't road/mtb specific, you should have been fine to use that
