Just mulling this over as I can see me going for some RS 405 brakes if they're not too pricey for the Bridalslayer... But is it going to be possible to get adapters for the flat mount calipers to fit a post mount frame and fork?

Nope. Flat mount calipers mount too close to allow space for an adapter.

You can adapt a PM or IS caliper to a FM frame but not the other way round

Don't think it can be done, only the other way (post mount brake to flat mount fork/frame)

What has that got to do with flat mount brakes?

Not even some sort of +20mm adapter?

Weird that PM is an option with 105 but won't be for tiagra...
