today was a great day, coaching mtb, then off to corby to ride vert with bestwick atkins and co then to cap it off we went out for an hours snow nightride around hertford 🙂

Riding 4" tyre -Niche iditabike snowgod wannabe - down virgin slopes does not make one impervious to buried ditches or the boulders they contain.
Pass the brufen/scotch I'll straighten it in the morning.
