Finally got round to sorting out new tape on my back wheel and second ride in snapped a spoke. GAH! Do you reckon I can patch the tape after poking the nipple though? Retaping the whole thing may make me cry. (gorilla tape btw)

I've used electrical tape which has proven to work great.

Where's the spoke snapped? Can you not unscrew it from the nipple?
