Does anyone have any pictures of this light mounted to a helmet? Is the helmet band it comes with up to the job?
If its anything like the one supplied from DX then no. It was more of a head torch mount. I cut the straps off and cable tied the mount to my helmet.
td66 when yours arrived did you recharge it or run it down first? Mine only arrived this morning so not tried to helmet mount yet
I haven't got one, I'm after a new light and like the look of this one, but want it to be helmet mounted and would obvisouly prefer the one in the box to work without needed bodged.

just spent 5mins and got the mount fairly securely mounted to my helmet but not fixed the light to it.
The DX light actually fits nicely with the O ring on my Specialized helmet - theres a handy little cross piece at the front.
