on this site it says your frame takes a 56mm lower shell diameter headset:

here it says that the mixer fits the C456 and uses a 49.6mm shell:

So my guess is no.

and looking at the picture it shows a zero stack lower cup for a tapered fork so basically a 1.5" zero stack (semi-integrated) where the bearing sits up inside the headtube (but still in a press in cup).

It also says its zero stack in the description. The top of the smoothie headset will fit but not the bottom. I would just go with Hope pick 'n mix. You want the 44mm zero stack upper and 56mm zero stack lower.
