That wee house looks really nice, but where does everyone sit of an evening? There are four beds, but only a two seater couch, unless the pic missed something? Bothy rules?

Book the upstairs apartment at Cleikum Mill in Innerleithen. Really nice accommodation and owners are really nice and helpful. Good bike storage area as well.
