Im on the lookout for a slimmer fitting short with a longish leg. im 30" waist and about 6ft tall so find it hard to find a short which fit and not too baggy for my thin legs.

I bought some royal MW365 which are pretty much perfect but they are just too short in the leg.

Can anyone recommend anything ideally a short which cover the knee.

Many thanks

30" waist here too (but 5'10"). Fox and Troy Lee are about the only ones I find that fit properly.

(Sorry I cannot be of productive help - a thought of 3/4 in right waist?)

I'm pretty much that exact size. Just got a pair of Altura semi-dry 3/4 shorts, small size and they're perfect. According to their sizing chart, you want a medium for 30" waist, but I'm glad I got the small as the medium would have been too big. Quite slim fitting and vert comfy. Am delighted with them.

Assos shorts will fit as they have elasticated legs. Have had my first pair for five years now and the still fit well.
Yes they are expensive, but worth every penny.

Troy Lee do 30", 32", 34" and upwards waist sizes. I'm normally a 32" and I bought 32" Skyline shorts, they are snug, stretchy, slimmer fit and fairly long length (not sure how they'd mesasure up on you). I really like them and they are fairly plain, so can be worn for any occasion. They are def. a summer short tho. There might be a winter/autumn version with the same cut, but thicker material. Maybe email TLD and ask their advice

Hard to see from the picture, but yeah, looks pretty similar to me. Not mega tight at the bottom of the leg, but too loose either. There's velcro tabs to tighten up the legs anyway. More tabs to do the waist too, that I still need to use, even though I bought the small.

They keep your arse dry too, as I found out after suddenly finding myself sitting in a pool of mud and water.

Sorry, afraid not - I still use them now as they are perfect with a pad.

Id highly recommend them though.
