Are these still operating? 3 emails in 2 weeks and still not an answer - last year I was answered same day. Anyone?
I just got great service with some vinyls for my new wheels. Took 3 days from order to arrive. Thier quality is always top notch. I think they are too busy for thier own good sometimes though.
They prioritise people who have placed orders. Best thing to do is place your order and the service goes through the roof!
Well I'm trying! it's a custom job so it basically went 'can you do this for me?'..nowt.

If you don't place the order first you'll stay down the priority list. He came on here to explain that they get so many enquiries they just can't get to them all, so they deal with those who have placed orders (including customs) and get to the others when they can.

Ah, good trick! I got a really good response from them but I think that was because I send a good design doc, so they knew there was no mucking about with spec and I wasn't just a 3am "maybe I'll get some stickers" sort of enquiry.
I reckon they're pretty bad at communicating and pretty damn good at stickers.
I made an enquiry yesterday about some custom Singular decals (they definitely DON'T respond to multiple emails!) and got a response in minutes.

Well, whatever the reason for them ignoring my email - it's costing them business. Lucy answered the exact same email I sent to to Slik within the hour - and I am now buying off Indi print instead. as long as I'm happy with what they do for me, I'll keep going back as well.
Basic business isn't it? don't lose custom because you can't handle inquiries.
It's not like I was a '3am waster' either - I've bought off Slik before, so you also look after past customers. Shame.
Had nothing but faultless service over the years from Slik, both Owen and Emma have been really helpful with any enquiries I've made and delivery is usually within 10 working days.

Aaah, so it isn't just me then? they obviously haven't solved the problem. So you have to buy 'custom credits' before you even know if they can do what you want them too? Interesting way to handle enquiries - not sure it'll catch on though! 😀

Hey, sorry, didn't mean to imply it- just that my first contact would have looked straight away like "this guy is going to buy a load of stickers" which is probably why I got such a good response, it'd stand out.
No probs - I'm not overly worried about it all just wondered why a company that got back to me straight away last time, didn't this time. As I say, Indi have done what I wanted so all good. 8)
More likely they'll get back to you if you repeatedly bang your head on a brick wall 🙄
Cjr61- thanks, managed to speak to Sam once on the phone but he doesn't reply to emails. He also wants £25 for a decal which I'm buying as the frameset has completely shed all it's lacquer requiring a full respray.
I received my custom order yesterday. They replied to my initial query in a day or so but they got the order wrong. I've emailed yesterday about this and not heard back yet.
Glad I found this thread. my googling skills didnt show up any other manufactures of vinyls but I will try indiprint. If slik cba to respond to queries via their website, about 3 over the past 4 weeks, they are never getting any of my business.
Invisiframe do great replacement graphics and have great customer service. Also happy to do custom stuff. I highly recommend them
I have bought a reasonable number of decals from Slik but am on the point of giving up on them. Truly appalling communication and I am now about 10 weeks overdue on an order I have already paid for through the custom order route.

Tried emailing them twice with no reply a couple of months ago.....guess business is so good they didn't need/want mine. I went to indiprint who were great.
I bought from them last week, decals arrived 3 days later.
