My nose has started running, my throat is tight and I'm sneezing repeatedly.

At what point would you give up:
Riding to work?
Pilates/Yoga/stretching?
Weight training?
Strenuous mountain biking?
Hard Zwift sessions?
Easy recovery/endurance rides?

Or should I just MTFU and carry on regardless until the man-flu really kicks in?

(Semi-serious as I'm trying to balance long term training goals and this "feeling under the weather" may just be a blip)

Soon as it gets to the chest it’s time for rest.

Word of advice, I had a ‘cold’ once, took some MTFU and went on the bike, but the ‘cold’ was flu, which lead to pneumonia and being sat in A&E with a resting heart rate of 115 and massive fever. (They thought I had Meningitis). Yeah

Man-flu this year seems to be a particularly bad strain. Completely knocked my out for a few days at start of the year and there's been quite a few people hospitalised at work. I'd just be taking things easy for a few days and stick to light exercise/stretching.

It's probably specific to you and the virus.

I take it easy straight away, bed around 9pm, maybe even time off work, then I'm ok in 10 days, otherwise it can be 3 weeks, and I don't even think about exercise.

Useless to you of course 😀

As it's my cardio-vascular system which is less than 100%, presumably low-weight/lots of reps type exercise is safe, as long as I keep intensity below a threshold which pushes my HR/breathing up?
