I know it's important to get plenty of sleep when training to help the body recover but I was wondering if there are any benefits to having a sleep straight after a ride?! Was just wondering as I had a snooze after a ride today as I was knakered. I'd already showered, stretched and eaten. It was probably a sign that I should have had a rest day but it was too nice not to go out!
