This is going to sound really stupid, but I can't bunny hop & I could do with some pointers for getting over drainage bars etc. to improve my XC skillz/speed.
Anyone know of any skills courses that might suit?

Ed O or Anthony from Trailmotions.co.uk, used both, both are good. Both do courses at Gisburn, Ed also does them at Lee Quarry.
