basicly a short length of outer replaced with a rubber bumper to stop your brakes feeling as they should

Hmmm. I find the correct amount of front to rear balance varies with where my weight is on the bike, if I'm going down a slope, if I want to let the front end track rather than brake or simply if I forgot to brake enough before the turn. Of course I may just be mad.
I won't be buying - of course nor will anyone else on here.
