We've got 6 men and a woman, so we're short 2 riders to make 2 teams. Because of the odd structure of mixed teams we need either 2 men or a man and a woman (or 3 women).
Neither team will be challenging for podiums, but all except one of our current riders have done lots of 24s so you can expect a relaxed [and fully catered] weekend. We should be able to make a top half team and a bottom third team so there is a choice of pace. Our riders ages range from 25 to 45, spread pretty evenly so old or young isn't a problem.
