I'm considering buying a Singular Swift but one thing I'm uncertain about is the EBB. These have had a bad rep for creaking in the past (on other bikes) so I wondered what might be the experience of Swift owners hereabouts? Is there any special maintenance regime that you employ as well?
Any other Swift issues as well would be appreciated.
I've got a Swift and Peregrine which both have the same EBB and had no issues with either. No special maintenance, just remove and regrease periodically
Hmmingbird owner here running it singlespeed so gets plenty of abuse no creaking here or slippage.

Yeah, nothing to worry about. Pegasus owner here, with no probs at all, geared or ss. Sweet ride with no particular querks.
I get very little feedback of any problems with the EBB's in any Singular. Those I do get are resolved by cleaning and greasing as above. Personally I do it maybe once a year on my bikes and I don't recall ever having a creak from my ebb.
