The rigid forks on my beloved old swift got buckled by Ryanair on the way back from SSWC last week. Any suggestions for replacements. Doesnt look like anything available on the Singular website. Anyone put something like an old Surly KM fork on there?

Cheers, will do. Do you by any chance know if it was the same fork that was originally on the swift, hummingbird and gryphon.

I'd second contacting Sam.

Forks occasionally pop up on Ebay. Most are 480mm a-c I think but the Mk4 (like mine) takes a 470mm.

Good luck

The Hummingbird was a shorter fork with different offset - my notes from buying a fork off Sam in 2010 (when I brazed my first 29er frame to go with them) say 55mm offset and 445mm axle to crown.

The same notes suggest the Swift might have been 48mm and 485mm.

Check the Southern Distributors website - there might be a Soma fork suitable.
