You don't need to be an 'investor' to invest in Singletrack: 6 days left: 95% of target - Find out more
Google throws up murmerings that this might be on its way but there is little readily available information from what I can find.
Anyone have any details, or point me at somewhere that does?
I'm thinking about a new CX bike next year. I really need several bikes as I'd like something that I can use for long offroad gravel rides (100mile +), spring road biking, CX racing, SSCX racing when it is a mud bath*
Might be that the Kite can do all of these. Most other SS options appear to be steel and pretty heavy (things like the transition rapture).
What I want is a Ti version of my Kinesis Pro6 with swinging dropouts like the rapture at the price of the on-one pompetamine. I could be flexible on price up to a point. Maybe I should persuade Brant to make me one...

We can be flexible on price, but not that flexible 🙂
I spoke to Sam at GFBD on Saturday & he mentioned the disc Kite was coming along nicely but didn't give a firm date other than 2016
Disc Kites are very nearly on the way (fingers crossed they will be on a boat leaving Taiwan on Wednesday. Meaning they will be available mid Jan.
In the end I opted for a standard BB as I didn't want to add the weight of an eccentric or the potential pitfalls of pressfit. So not readily ss-able, otherwise it will do all those things. Though an eno hubbed rear wheel to swap in there makes it reasonably easy 🙂
What drop outs will it be running?
The horizontal rear drop out has been my biggest issue. I won't mention the brakes since I should swap the cantis for V's.
Koski type hooded vertical dropouts.
