Just tried to order some Swift forks from Singular, but they apparently have no UK delivery option, and my browser also warns that the site it trying to steal my bank details...

The latter is probably a false alarm, but the former seems strange for what was a UK bike brand... Anyone else had problems ordering from them recently?

I had a similar problem last week, if you email the German address on the website and tell them what you want they will sort you out. Really good service from them. Ordered Monday afternoon and it arrived Thursday morning.

I bought a Swift frame last November without issues, although the web shop did seem a bit ropey (carriage costs seemed to vary wildly throughout the process too); delivery to the UK was prompt.

I've also started getting (what I hope are) false positives from my virus checker on their homepage and, as mentioned by the OP, warnings from Chrome that their webshop connection isn't secure (I think it's some sort of certificate error).

As ssboggy mentions that, email support it great so I'm sure that they'll get it sorted for you (I had a lot of contact with Franz).

The sites running an expired SSL (ran out end of Jan) which is a bit amateur. So yes, site is currently unsecure. Will ping them an email.

Also, Singular entered a partnership with Wheelsport, a German company a few years ago. This explains lack of postage to UK and Euro prices.

Alison said; “To ensure the ongoing prosperity and health of the company, Singular has now entered a partnership with the owner of long time Singular dealer Frank Dressler in Weselberg, Germany. Frank and his team will take on responsibility for storage, fulfilment, logistics and admin. Sam will continue to do all frame design, customer service, sales and marketing. This will mean much smoother supply of stock and better service for our customers.”

Not sold, distribution partnership which operates from Germany. But yes, Sam's good at sorting stuff - he's in Australia at the moment though, so don't get upset if it takes him a couple of hours to respond :o)
