I ordered a new caliper on 31st January, still hasn't arrived, tracking number doesn't work, emails unanswered. Have I been scammed?

It’s a bricks and mortar shop in Kirkcaldy. Did you phone them?

If it's the one mashr has linked to I've bought stuff from them in the past and all has been fine.

IIRC the last thing took a while as it was caught up in the docks waiting for customs checks but they mailed and let me know.

I had to chase the one linked above based on Kirkcaldy on one occasion, but usually pretty reliable and well priced

I ordered a headset from them a month or so back and had to chase a couple of times - or at least felt like I did. It was an 'in stock with supplier' item on the website, which I knew when I bought and assumed would hold things up a bit, but even then it was slow coming and definitely over the estimated delivery date when ordered. My first email I got a response to, my second email I didn't, but very soon after it I got a dispatch notification. Timing could have been coincidental, but it didn't feel it.

Being charitable, I'm assuming they're probably a decent LBS if you're in the shop, but maybe not so good on the mail order side, and I'm not sure I'd order from them again.

Singletrack bikes are shutting up shop. I know the owner and he posted a message on Facebook. All existing orders were being processed I think.
