My SS chain is at 0.5 wear.
Should I leave it and let it wear out my chain ring and sprocket, then replace everything or replace just the chain now?

keep riding until it slips occassionally then replace the chain. ime the sprocket and chainring will be fine for several well stretched chains.

At 12 quid it's almost the cheapest thing on a single speed, and also one of the hardest working.
Just pop a fresh one on....
The kmc z610hx is damned good, they used to claim it was stretch proof, it's not, but it is a great chain
