Did it for a while, then tried gears.
Suppose it's ok if you're sticking at a constant effort, not so good for intervals.
And there's nothing more boring than constant effort on a turbo...

If your turbo has adjustable resistance then good idea i reckon, if not could get a bit dull.

I only use the 'top' gear of my bike when on the turbo, use the variable resistance thingy for intervals. Didn't occur to me to use my SS... 😳
