We rode the route des Grande Alpes over a week and had a great time.
Starting to look for ideas of something similar next summer if anyone has any suggestions?
What about the Torino Nice Rally Route? Some friends of mine have done it the past two years and the photos they posted on Strava were absolutely stunning. It’s a mix of road and off-road so classic gravel bike territory.

Road? Raid Pyrenean I thought was a much nicer route that Grand Alpes.

I did the first edition of Torino Nice and may go back again this year. Unsure if I can persuade that group of friends to ride on gravel and sleep rough.

On the road for this trip. Looking at Switzerland, just struggling to build up a route.
Why not have a look on Komoot? A friend of mine used some existing routes as a start and designed his own route from Munich to South Tyrol and back with around 4000 mtr of climbing per day (he’s a bid mad like that😉) over a week.
