The manual for my BOS forks say to use a silicon-based oil. Now, I have used Fork Juice in the past, but I've read in a number of places that uses a spray doesn't do the seals any good.
Any recommendations for a light, silicon-based, non-spray, oil to use?

Tri Flow doesn't appear to be silicon based. At least it doesn't say it is.
MSDS for tri flow says no ingredients are harmful so I would say that rules out silicone.
You can get silicone oils but quite easily.
ow, try googling silicone shock oil, not bike specific but looks to be the stuff
I did
Fork juice is silicon based. Stop worrying. It's what I use on my BOS fork and shock with no problems to report. All it does is help lift dirt off the seals and make them a tiny bit smoother.
+1 for just use Fork Juice.
+ 1 for Brunox

I'd heard that these kind of sprays are great for killing of stanchions as the dust/dirt to mix with the oil and form a nice grinding paste. Would be happy to hear that this is not true though.
fork juice, even just for the smell

This is not true!
Clean Stanchions, apply SILICONE lube (not GT85, WD40 or TF2 whatever it is), cycle fork a few times, wipe off excess - simples!
Cleaning/lubing stanchions should be part of your cleaning/maintenance schedule 😉
