Looking for a bit advice re sizing on Sidi MTB shoes
bit of mixed info out there and no local stockists so I cant
physically try em on.
I m usually a 9 in trainers and currently using a pair have Shimano SH-M161 a good few years old
which are now just about done these are a 10UK(44 EU)which have always felt slightly big
but not uncomfortably so on the MTB but I'm now riding more gravel longer rides and
more consistent terrain and getting a bit of discomfort.
foot is just under 27cm heel to toe which according to one size guide puts me in a 9UK
EU and on another 10UK 44EU and according to Sidi a 45EU
slight confusion, any real world experience out there
Thanks
Ali

Hi Ali

General rule of thumb with Sidi is to go one size up. Worth noting they also come with a thin insole which i also replace with something a little more substantial

I am a 9 in Nike trainers and usually wore a 44 Specialized cycling shoes but had to go up to a 45 in sidi to get something comfortable.

Hope that helps
