what's the difference between them?
I think Eagles have more mesh sections between the "leather" ones - more ventilation. I could be wrong.
Eagle 5 has the replaceable tread and Dominator 5 doesn't? If that is the case then the Eagle 5 is less slippy on wet rocks.
Also Eagle has the slightly pointless heel adustment.
OK cheers
I've a pair of both Dominator 5's and Eagle 5's. The only difference I can tell is that the Eagles have mesh vents and the Doms do not. I found my black Doms were just way to hot in the summer so I bought silver Eagles and am very happy. So to sum up, the Eagles are a fair weather shoe, the Doms and all weather shoe.
