There's only one of these in the UK.

Strictly speaking there's one one of these anywhere as it's custom built. 😉

I won't post a picture of my "ladies" bike as like Ton said they're getting to be very common on here now. 😛

Get that picture posted up here. Log Pile Fun 😉

Hehe, yes, in isolation Lenz frames do look odd. Bit more normal built up. All comes from one man in a shed, fab'd out of flat plate...

andy not been out enough yet on the surly to make a proper judgement really. It seems to climb better and is better in tight twisty stuff but that could down in part to the set up difference or my fitness / or lack of it 🙂 the punctures are more of a pain in the rear on the monkey:-) im liking it so far tho

Not Halford. That's too upmarket for me.

It was on special offer at Argoose. 😉

If there are only 2 SS's with the fat wheel in the country I call that niche(ish) 😉

But I always bow to SSStu's knowledge

I rode mine with a skinny front wheel today for the first time. Wow - talk about responsive in the twisty singletrack 🙂 Much more so than my 26er. It's a myth that 29ers suffer from slow steering.

Mine: at Devils Dyke today, on one of my favourite trails.

[img] [/img]

I was going to say - well I've never seen another Jones on the trails - but I bumped into Napalm, with his, on the Downs today - so I can't even say that.

However - I think mine is the only non EBB Fat Spaceframe out there, ah....... niche at last 🙂

Why do some anti 29er trolls refer to 29ers as clown bikes?
I always thought clown bikes came with wee wheels tather than big ones, like this

i mquite open to the idea of a 29er though ive never tried one. got a feeling they wont suit what i like to do though which is shorter rides with plenty of nadge. i get they are more suited to distance, all day type stuff rather than hooliganism? be honest, can you throw them around like a tough trailbike?
