Carbons are great fun, it makes you think about your riding instead of bouncing over everything and steep climbing becomes better, but it's good to have the choice of a little comfort once in a while.
I guess you picked up a scandla for £130 from on one also? I Can't wait to get mine. Only need to get a rear brake and im set. Starting off with a steel fork and will switch later. I have a spare carbon fork but its 440mm AC 🙁

hello nephew has but moving from dialled alpine with 160 mm travel so rigids are a new thing 🙄
