Just bought one - really liking it! First time on a 29er platform, used to have a 275+. Bike feels really solid and climbs like a beast. In a way, the narrower tires/rigid forks give the bike a 'clinical' feel on the trails.
Just wondering what you guys have done in the way of mods? I bought a 2019 and it's stock accept for grips/seat. I've ordered a new Thompson seatpost and will probably get a new stem.
As for wheelsets, will convert them tubeless soon as - is anyone running larger tires? i.e. 29er 2.4-2.6"? At some point, I'll throw on a pair of Rebas and a 275 wheelset, but will use it a lot as a rigid/29er, it's a lot of fun.
First time on a 1x12 chainset, well, they're good - I'm sold! Are they long lasting? Any issues to be aware of?
Cheers,
FM
