I've been hearing good thing about this frame for a while and you can now pick them up for bargain prices. Anyone got any pics of them built up in the blue or black as most online pics of them seem to differ in colour. Also any comments on preferred setup?

Surely someone on here must have one at the moment? Any problem with only running a 140 max fork?

I have just got one of these myself. Not built up yet though. Will be building up at Xmas time.

Went with medium blue frame, and will be putting some u turn domains on it. Nice short stem, full deore kit, cheap wheels off classifieds, long FSA seat post (the seat tube is very short).

Should build up into a good, cheap and versatile bike.

It really is a beautiful frame. And I know a guy who's been descending in the Alps with 95mm of travel on his, as well as cranking it up to 140mm when he wants to "chill out a bit".

Cheers for all the info. I must admit that the current deals on this frame are swaying me away from a Hanson even with the added weight.

I love I love I love it

Millions of pictures. I've had two.

This is my old one.

This is my new one. I got the new one because of the larger frame size.

It does it all really. I used it for 14 weeks last summer in the French Alps doing mainly XXXC so lots of big climbs and savage descents. I enjoyed being able to lower the forks a bit, having them at 140mm for climbing wasn't the best but by no means not bad. I did have some 160mm Wotans on, which was pretty sick.

I'm looking forward to getting next years model hopefully.

Yeah, that was before a summer in the Alps. Pretty pasty white. Can't see what else is wrong...

I'm at St Andrews. Getting stoked for Ae already! Best weekends of my uni career, shame I've only got one left.
