I have just bought a Kinesis Decade Virsa in green and I haven't decided on what build to go for. Has anyone built an alfine hub on theirs? What front travel do you prefer on it?

Now running it as a singlespeed (and preferring it, tbh).
Using 44 Micro Ti forks at 120mm - seem a good compromise and they're no taller than the 100mm fox's I had on there - I wouldn;t want anythign taller though.

32:18 and no front suss, though I would if I had any. It's a perfect winter bike, just a bit too long in the top tube for me (in Large) so will be broken up and sold soon.
