Me and my Nukeproof Scalp, filmed by GavGas back in the winter. Rides like an absolute dream (previous bikes: Morewood Izimu, Specialized BigHit), the CaneCreek DB is amazing. Have chopped down the slightly scary steerer since this was filmed 😀

I'm in the process of acquiring parts to build this back up again. Going 1x9, just waiting on some brakes and a derailleur to finish it.

This has still seen embarassingly little use 😛 I did a load of downhill last year while i was out of work but couldn't afford a good bike. Got a job, got a new bike, haven't got the time to ride it! But should be taking it up fort william and glencoe at the end of the month, and racing the endurance downhill again.

edge blade dh

Just puts me in mind I the K9 DH001. I think it's the rear end that's very close - did it have a bottom link or just the main pivot?

Current Nicolai helius ST:

Not strictly DH, but more capable than many full-on DH sleds I've had - Nicolai Helius FR with BOS devilles & CCDB:

Never used in anger as it felt way too small:

Really liked this but again it was too small (got it for a steal from CRC's sale):

Laperre is a 2009 frame that I bought second hand and fitted stuff that was mostly lying around the garage. Just a Froggy frame with some triple clamps. Feels pretty fast and composed over the rough considering it is such a mongrel. Too tall in the tight stuff but I have been riding a Blood for a while which is very low. Will be getting some offset bushes from a friend who makes them to lengthen and lower it. it was just a house bike for use by children and if we go to uplift days together but has been good enough to be more than that and I take it out if i just want to blat around and jump off things.
