Hi Daniel
Yeah its a bit dangerous! Lots of pushing but worth having the bike with you to get home once you arrive at Camasunary.

Seeing all these has made me I'm feel quite homesick.

I know it's not the UK but here are some of our Jordanian big mountains:

Right, time to re-dress the balance a bit with all these photo's of Scotchland.
Here's one of the Grande Massiff de Cheshire 😛
In direct line of sight from the camera to my bar end, Winter Hill is 28 miles away, line of sight between camera and the pile of rock to the right of my bike, the Wind Turbine Farm at Ramsbottom is 30 miles.

Depends. The snow's here now in some places. I know last year it was the week after bonfire night that we had our final adventure of the year, so it must be about the end of the big mountain season for bikes til the end of February now.

Is that the Walna Scar road up from Seathwaite dingus - or somewhere altogether different? Loving the mist tendrils.

No, it's the horrible fireroad climb that takes you up to the top of Càrn Bàn Mòr in the Cairngorms. The weather was pretty dramatic that day.
