Afternoon Folks

I've got a Cotic Soul that is currently fitted with Talas 140 Terralogics. I like them, and I like the travel adjustability on them which I use quite often. But the Terralogic part is being completely wasted on me as I'm not nearly interested in what it does or how it works. From what I understand it's a kind of prodepal platform that knows when to compress, and when not to (maybe, and possibly I'm completely wrong?!)

I've been thinking of changing them for some 140 Floats for a few reasons. Mainly because I've heard the faffing around with Terralogics and the servicing of them is a real pain, and I like the idea of the simplicity and easy lockout function on the Floats.

Anyone got any advice? Or any other recommendations on what I should do?

I wouldn't have fixed 140mm forks on a Soul personally- if it was going to be fixed I'd go 120mm.

Shame u-turn fell out of fashion as it suited the Soul so well.

Junkyard - I know, and I was thinking that. Maybe the 140 Talas without the Terralogic part?

Northwind - Yeah I've heard about the whole 120 thing too, and it had crossed my mind. My previous forks on my old bike were some 130 U-turns which were brilliant! Shame they've gone.
