Tektro ones seem to be a unique shape, I've ordered 10 pack off ebay from Hong kong, but in the meantime I'm gonna try putting a slot in the olive with my dremel and prise them open enough to slide back on, they seem to be a real git to get hold of in the uk.
Jejames should have some in stock soon.
Winstanleys have a bleed kit for £10, description says it includes 4 olives and 4 inserts, but pic only shows 2.
I'm reusing inserts, they come out easy enough using a lighter, remove the o ring first.

Drop me a pm with your address, I’ve got some olives and inserts left over from a service kit I bought when I had Giant Contact brakes (made by Tektro), I’ll pop a few in the post for you. (Needs to be by Mon am as I’m away Tues for a week.)

Tektro hose is thicker than Shimano so Shimano barbs and olives won't work. I've just ordered a complete kit off Amazon for £9.99.

Anyone wanna swap their long hose for my short (850mm)? Leave the olives attached and we should just be able to plug them in (and probably bleed).
I think it’ll save putting new olives on.

(edit) just unscrewed mine and it’ll be a simple job. No fluid escaped, obviously it might in the post).
