Has anyone had any experience getting small run of MTB jerseys done? I'm thinking at most 5.
I'd also be just as happy with any kind of sports tops (i.e. technical t shirt), but not having a lot of luck with the top ranking sites on google.
try ben @marriedtothesea in Porth (near Newquay)

Our ad-hock club kit is done by jakroo as they dont have a minimum order so people can order new kit as and when they need it (the one off price isnt cheap mind). The main kit is castelli but they have a minimum order (but if you can meet that then the custom kit works out cheaper than the off the shelf stuff in the sales).
ntprinter.co.uk can do you technical T-shirts for around £12 no min order number he can do pretty much most things.
I had one made for a mate by http://www.rsdworldwide.com/ a few years ago. I went to them with a vague idea of what I wanted, they drew it up and gave a few suggestions. Was chuffed with the result.
The other option is to find a plain off the shelf jersey in a colour you want, then get it embroided with the logo. Can work out a lot cheaper than having fabric printed then sewn into kit.
Cheers for the pointers - all look awesome.
I check the market every year and have not found anyone who are as cheap for custom kit as http://www.stigmaracing.com/en.
You can use one of their templates, or we get fully custom race shirts for under £25 a unit.
I've just had some stuff from https://dirtyridesmtbapparel.co.uk/how-to-order/
Couple of my customers have used https://dirtyridesmtbapparel.co.uk/
they seem good, and they happy with it.
I had a really good experience experience with Ride It last year. Six jerseys done for work in a variety of sleeve lengths

Give Ally a shout
Another shout for Ally at Rideit, the jersay i got made it very top quality, better than the fox,TLD stuff ive bought, has the wee lense cleaner inside and small pocket at side too, plus he put the bike logo on
Our club has just switched to Jackroo from Endura due to the small run/ad hoc system they offer
Local MTB brand to me in Derbyshire - http://setupclothing.com/ do a load of casual style riding jerseys that don't make you look like a power ranger. They do a load of custom stuff for local shops and riding groups too. Worth checking them out
These are pretty good technical T shirts: https://justcoolbyawdis.com/products/JC001 They do long sleeve too.
Any T short printer will be able to get them, they supply the printers/embroiderers.
My sister in law has a business doing digital embroidery, one offs no problem.
Message me and I'll put you in touch.
