The pike on my following was cut short by the moron before me, but as a result it was a steal. I currently have one of the old On One CNC 50mm stems, but 31.8 bars are slowly disappearing and a shorter version would be nice as I sized up.

Current stem stack is 35mm. Already have a very low stack headset upper (cane creek slamset).

Only thing I've found so far are the Spank Oozy / Spike / Duo stems - which are about 34mm.

Any other options for a low stack, 35mm long stem (and that'd let me go to 35mm bars)?

Nukeproof horizon. 35 x 35 x 35 or 31.8. Nice colours too.

31.8mm bars drying up? Plenty in stock everywhere!

Syntace Megaforce stems are 35mm tall and they say you can clamp 30mm of steerer.

Other option includes not running the headset cap, can save a fair bit in stack height.

“but 31.8 bars are slowly disappearing”

But they’re not!

I had this when i swapped frames last year. DMR Defy is the lowest i've come across (27mm stack). Plus the two pinch bolts are in the middle rather than top and bottom. Its also a pretty good looking stem too.

defy was shortest stack, highest offset i could find
also got a funn funduro... seems ok, cheap, and works
just bought an horizon for 35mm bars.. no comment on it yet except all the horizon stuff seems a real safe bet (literally bought everything horizon for this bike, pedals, headset, chain guide, bars, stem.. would have got a BB if i knew they did one at the time i bought it)

I have the Funnduro on the fork that I bought cheap because it had been cut short.

And a 38mm riser bar to assist further.

Granola bars and protein bars, a balanced diet is important.
