My cycling shoes are still in ok condition except for one bit of the sole where the pedal has cut into it and worn through. I can't just glue it as its worn a bit of a groove so it needs some filler. Normally the uppers are on the way out by the time the sole goes so I bin them but this time the rest seems ok so I'd like to get a bit more use out of them. Any idea of a glue/filler solution that will take the rigours of cycling
Cycling specific shoes will probably last longer (and grip the pedals better).
There's people out there who do re-soling, never used them myself though. My (sadly no longer in production) Teva Links gave lasted about 4 years and are still going.
Shoe goo
FreeSole shoe glue very good results using it and you can build up damaged areas
Cheers
