How do I remove these bushings from my shock?

If anyone can give me a steer it would be appreciated.

assuming they are knackered and you have new ones to replace them with?

They should just pull out, they're an interference fit, so hold the shock in one hand and wiggle out using eg: molgrips to grip the bushing if they're too tight to hand pull.

(and technically I think they are 'top hats' or top hat reducers - the bushing is actually inside the eyelet and that's a different matter)

but you can manage with an appropriate socket set.

Is the mounting hole a tube? Can it be drifted out? I don't have replacements at the moment so was hoping to get them out in good condition.

What they said. Them bits are soft and pull out with pliers. The bush you need an appropriate sized spacer

Thanks for the help. Now I know they're meant to be changed after removal, and not saved to be reused, I will order some.
