Box it carefully, measure the box. Depending on time air or road.
Used these guys for shipping to Oz air freight https://www.transglobalexpress.co.uk/
It's got an online calculator, you can play with box dimensions to get it down to the best price. Air freight a Bike box (or slightly smaller) is about 32kg in volumetric weight so you can generally pack a bit more.

You'll be lucky to get under £120. I've shipped a few bikes out over the last few years and it's become extortionate. Only reasonable prices I've had have been using shiply or similar.

try Parcel Monkey .com

I've shipped a 15kg pushchair to Greece (dont ask!) for £35 insured

It's all about the packing. You are charged for Volumetric weight, a tight bike box comes up as 32kg shipping charge. I did 6/7 of these to Oz for about £200 each. Play with the dimensions a little and see if the price suddenly drops an increment (have a look at the max dimensions of the parcel before extra charges - i trimmed the top of some of mine a little to make them fit)
