What is the point of single/multi release cleats? Which is bets?
Where is cheapest to buy cleats from?

multi - more/esier release points - for beginners
single - more secure (ones which most people ride - although I've not asked everyone).
ebay or Chainreactioncycles are always a good bet as no postage.
