In a desperate attempt to sort my leaky shimano calipers.... I’ve noticed Magura now do flat mount calipers which are or seem to be available separately. https://www.bike-components.de/en/Magura/Flat-Mount-Brake-Caliper-for-MT4-MT8-SL-p66624/
What do we think of the chances of compatibility with shimano road hydro kit? Could prove an expensive experiment (though I would just try one first I guess).
My frame is warrantied as 140mm max rear which has written Hope off BTW.
Hope RX4 calipers are the same price and designed to work with Sram or Shimano levers

Yep. 160mm rear only as above. I also don’t think they are compatible with RS685/RS785 but I haven’t a clue why and that is another thread I guess!
Any Shimura/Magmano gurus in the house?
It appears that Hope have an answer to your every whim and fancy.
Im not sure they do.
Hope should be compatible with r785 levers. The calipers the RX is designed to replace work with those levers. Can’t help on the 140mm thing....although I’m surprised your frame isn’t warrantied if you go up to a 160mm - that’s not exactly huge
Yeah. Cheers for the reply. It’s a Mason - 160 front and 140mm rear. I’m 83kg and 140mm front and rear seem fine For UK. I’ve not had it on alpine descents etc.
I found it odd re RS685/RS785 as I though this was just a branding thing when Shimano started putting their group set tiers to the hyrdro bits.
Also you can't currently buy rx4 Shimano flat mounts anywhere. Few random colours and some on eBay but like hens teeth currently.
