Anyone connected a new style shimano hydraulic road lever to a hope rs4 calliper. I'd like to try it on my CaadX but don't know what connectors I'd need to get?

I just did mine, cut the end off the hose and use the new fittings.
Has to be tightened up fairly well to stop it weeping.

I've fitted hope callipers before. Problem is that I'd be buying the shifters separately without hoses and callipers attached and apparently they don't come with any fittings so I'm not sure what I need to buy?
