Wah, it's complicated.. can someone please tell me what I need to bleed Shimano 105 ST-R7020 levers?
Standard Shimano bleed kit (syringe, tubing and funnel) used in conjunction with the road STI adaptor:-

And Shimano mineral oil obviously.
Thanks - isn't there a screw-in adapter needed at the caliper? Or is there an MTB style nipple?
There's a bleed nipple on R7070 callipers.
Just done mine after replacing my brifters. Shimano bleeding sucks vs SRAM bleeding edge on my Mtb. Why shimano can’t use a system which attaches to the calliper via a screw / clip in rather than push on and pray is beyond me.
Funnel and adaptor for brifter end. Syringe and tube for calliper end which then gets swapped for tube and fluid collection bottle/bag. 7mm spanner for nipple.
Think yourself lucky - my RS785s (whatever they are anyway) haven't even got a bleed nipple. Just a hole. Luckily they've only needed one bleed in 5 years, so I suppose there is that 🙂

Sram bleeding sucks V Shimano bleeding on my MTB. Why Sram can't use a bleed nipple like the rest of the world is beyond me.
